It would be quite simple, you make a video of anything (Well that's appropriate) and you can save it in your files and upload just like a normal decal. So instead of just saying "I have a good game" at GRP, you can actually show real gameplay. Plus if you use creativity you can make like the BO1 menu or a simple TV playing a scene from your favorite movie.

texture =/= video decal it's just a decal that tiles and repeats
