So to dev ex you need to have all those "good community standing" and stuff but does the money you have need to be earned by games or is it by anything, clothes, models and etc?

The page just says by creating awesome games so I wondered "The Developer Exchange Program (also known as DevEx) allows you to earn money by creating awesome games on ROBLOX"
