Guests never did anything wrong sure they might jump on you and you die, but they dont know much better because most guests dont know any diffrent.
Guests should be able to talk so they can stand up for them selves, like in a game called "Kohls Admin" the whole server was going like :Punish guest :Kill guest. they should be able to talk to not get abused in admin games.
And sometimes it makes me sick of how much people hate guests they never do anything wrong and when they win the players always get so mad.
So in conclusion I think that guests should be able to talk again.

I partially agree with this. But keep in mind that they are test accounts, for people trying out roblox before signing up.
So i believe they should have a chat GUI that has different phrases like that chat thing back in 2013 and early 2014. Some of the quotes could be;
"Hey!"
"Hello!"
"Hi!"
"Bye!"
"Bai!"
"teh epic duk is gonna come11!!1"
"teh epik duk is comin11!111!"
"Are you sure?"
"Thats cool."
"No."
"Yes."

It really is sick how people act towards guests. It's so sad. It's like this superiority complex players have.. If you have an account you are somehow superior?

If guests were allowed to talk, ROBLOX would have no way of punishing them for inappropriate language or such.
It simply won't work.
