Russia, a land of beauty, and formerly known as the biggest country, is now one of the 3 ##### ########### of Earth. The motherland and her people face a major threat by the United Solar Nations Accord, and through such, the Monarchy was reformed. After Tsar Vladimir Putin has united the lands of Asia, Australia, and Antarctica under his cause, he now seeks to protect his people, and the future of Earth. Antarctica serving as their main land for exporting ships, they are under attack from both sides as the USNA moves closer towards them. Originally they were to maintain a sort of 'truce', although the Tsar was not a fool, and knew that their goal was to see the fall of the motherland.
