This probably won't get much attention because S&I is rarely actually checked by mods from past experience, but this should be a thing so it's worth a shot.
A co#ple features are now only available if your account has a rather clean moderation history. This includes things such as getting your game featured and using the DexEx Exchange function.
However, I don't think it's right for some users to have to pay this price, or at least not permanently.
Let's say you got banned for something you did 3 years ago. You've (hopefully) grown up since then and you don't do anything inappropriate or rule-breaking anymore on ROBLOX. Something like this shouldn't disable you from getting your game featured or being able to use DevEx. It's a known fact that (most) people become more adult-like over time, and in that process they mentally improve and learn to be careful with the rules.
However, that isn't the only reason why people should be given another chance. Some people who get bans don't even deserve them. This seems to occur a lot in the forums. I find it sad that, even if they appeal, this ban history sticks around due to lack of strong communication between ROBLOX and their players, which restricts them from the two features mentioned above as well. I have known several people in the past who have "appealed, but to no appeal.", and these people shouldn't be punished furthermore by not being able to use features.
This isn't a petition to get rid of the 'clean moderation history' requirement, but it's an idea of only reviewing moderation history which is much newer. For example, something that happened 2 years ago shouldn't prevent me from getting a game featured unless it were a serious rule-break, in which case I would probably be terminated so I wouldn't be able to use the feature to begin with.
TL;DR - Players should be able to get their games featured and use DevEx if they haven't received an update in moderation history for a long amount of time, but getting a month-ban years ago shouldn't restrict players from using these features. |

ive litteraly done nothing wrong but i get warning for random things like shirts that have been edited in some way or making a forum post about certain communities of people in their defence
and because of that i cant use these features.
