Are you tired of playing front page games and then getting constant friend requests from bots? Then support this. Definition of the "option", (assuming it exists): This option will have an off/on mode. It can be accessed in Settings. When turned off it will have no affect. When turned on all Roblox accounts less than 30 days old can not send a friend request to you. Simple and up to you. Of course I acknowledge that the community of Roblox can't force Roblox staff to do anything, no matter how many people comment "Support+" to things like this, but we can at the least hope for the idea to reach conversation between Roblox staff. That being stated, the least you can do in support of this is add a comment in hopes of this catching their attention. "Support+" this if you want.

Why not just have friend settings. such as friends only being able to add if they are a mutual friend, or just let me turn friend requesting off. WE CALL THIS A DIFFICULTY TWEAK, WULULULULULULULULUL

I would like to have an option to completely lock the ability of others to send me an friend request.

@skullskott and @Kacper Those are good ideas, however not allowing anyone to friend you not only addresses the bot account problem, but that would be used by people who only want to friend very few people. For example: I only friend people I know in real life. But I am still open to "friending" new people on the internet, just not often. I say all this because not allowing anyone to friend you over addresses the situation. This "option" that I've presented, if you will, specifically addresses the bots that spam friend requests when playing front page games.

@fizey Heck yeah brother, and this is how we are going to deal with it, (assuming it'll be executed).

### # problems. 1.New people to the game might want to friend people (their irl friends or whatever), not wait 30 days. 2.Lmfao how would this stop bots , when they can wait 30 days. That's just a delay of the botting. Thanks for hurting my fingers!

@AlphaOreo75 To refute your first argument, people can simply turn it off for the time being to friend their IRL "friend." To refute your second argument, for people who don't have the option turned on, could simply report the bots in hopes of Roblox deleting them by the time they are 30 days old. That way, people with the option turned on won't have to deal with them.

@AlphaOreo75 You seem to have misunderstood the proposed "option". Allow me to clarify: if you have the "option" turned on for your own account, then no one else can send you friend request; even if they have the "option" turned off for that person's separate account. For example: if I had the "option" turned on, then no one else, no matter if they have their "option" on or off, can send me a friend request.

You could always just decline friend requests that you don't want to accept.
