To Clarify Confusion of Section 15 of The Constitution
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 1; SECTION 15
(a) This amendment may be cited as “Amendment of Article 1; Section 15 of The Cons.”
SECTION 2. ARTICLE ONE; SECTION FIFTEEN
(a) “Congress is invested with power to remove Executive Orders made by the President; in an open forum which shall require a Two-Thrids favor from both houses.”
SEC. 3. SHALL BE AMENDED TO
(a) “Congress is invested with the power to remove Executive Orders made by the President; in an open forum or a floor vote which shall require a Two-Thirds favor from both houses.”
