Nay, the wording of the second line in section three is not very good. It states, "in an open forum or a floor vote which shall require a Two-Thirds favor from both houses.” This amendment states that we need to get 2/3 of a floor vote or a forum vote. If we only have 6 representatives at a session, then it would only require 4 votes to repeal an EO. Also, we never get that many representatives at a session so it is very unlikely that we can get most or all the representatives there when voting on the removal of executive orders to make this a good addition to the constitution.
