that's a nice idea for a lobby
however, a few parts of it i dont really like
here's a small list
-you should make an entire village, that lake is a little lazy honestly
-parts of the buildings are too thick and blocky.
-too much empty space
-the castle part is too colorless
-what's supposed to be in that room thing?
-how come one of the buildings looks more decent and not as blocky than the others? yea, that white concrete one? op, dont tell me you're using free models
dude that has to be a free model, it doesn't match the other 2 buildings at all
-no trees

omg yea that's DEFINITELY a free model
i used shift lock to look inside the building, and there's an inside. like there's even lanterns for lighting on the ceiling and stairs to the 2nd floor on it. why would you make the building have an inside if you can't enter it? plus, the other two buildings have no inside to them, while this one does
op shame on you for using free models

just because it's big doesn't determine the price, it's low quality and there's a free model
1k-4k or something would be better

What I believe it is worth 6k-12k around there, but then again the lake is a little off if it was terrain, then people might of considered it.

Ok. Also the building is not a free model my friend made it and told me to add it in. So I did the best I could. Since it didn't fit in right I had to block off the inside. |

tbh that's kinda lazy
i think you should make your own stuffs instead of paying people to make it for you, especially when you're gonna try to sell it after you get the model |
