Yes, you've heard recaptcha to end some of it, but it won't end all. The main source is when the bot joins Roblox, not to sure if they wait three days to update their profile or something like such. But, Here's my solution.
When a Robloxian joins Roblox for updation of their profile they have to wait a max of six days and have to verified email and then have access to change their motto, description, and "How you are feeling today" top message.
So, that this way it'll end bots, add recaptcha to parts that seriously need it (I'm talking about the pictures, road signs, and house images) And lastly being verified and having the six day wait until they can have access to updating their profile, etc.
And of course when a user reports the user of scamming they should put in take of the source of the site and block it and then track the user who made it and have him/her fill out charges, real offense charges of what he/she has been doing for the young users of Roblox.
