★ Welcome to SPBL, the original handball league of ROBLOX! We use a regulation NRBA ball and a home-made soccer pitch; resulting in a Soccer-PBL combination. ★

➡CHAPTERS:
I: Team Rules
II: Group Rules
III: In-Game Rules
---
➡CHAPTER I: Team Rules
●All the teams are MADE UP. No teams from NFL, NBA, MLS, etc. (ex: Memphis Blues)
●Roster limit is 15 players (The team owner does not count)
●Roster minimum is 8 players (Again, the team owner does not count)
●Teams are expected to sign at least one Co-Coach or assign a Team Captain so that if the Head Coach does not come to the game, there will be someone in-charge.
●If your team wants to practice, you MUST PM me so that I could give you the pitch.
---
➡CHAPTER II: Group Rules
●No spamming (Posting pointless and useless things, repeating things, etc.)
●No advertising (Posting about your group, game, etc. | Advertising is only allowed if it has something to do with SPBL)
●Keep flaming to a minimum; if the argument expands, THEN there will be punishments.
●Do not argue with staff members. They have the authority to punish you.
●You WILL be suspended if you are constantly caught breaking these rules.
---
➡Chapter III: In-Game Rules
●Games are 2 halves of 15 minutes. (30 minutes in total)
●If the score is tied at the end of regulation, the home team will make a decision between a 5 minute Overtime period or a 5 try penalty kick shoot-out. One of these two periods will produce the outcome of the game.
●5v5 is minimum (1 GK, 4 Players) and 8v8 is maximum (1 GK, 7 Players)
●A team forfeits if they do not have 5 players after 15 minutes have passed for the planned starting game-time.
●There must be one goal keeper at ALL TIMES. The GK will be set at 20 speed.
●The goal keeper may not cross the half-court line, but may bring the ball up the court until that line.
●Players are only allowed to shoot around the goalie's box.
●Backspacing and self-lobbing will be permitted during a game.
●Fake-passing/shooting (ball glitch) will not be permitted during a game. This will result in a YELLOW CARD and a FREE KICK from the half court line for the other team.
●A scored goal will result in a point. Usually, the green light will indicate a goal, but the referee may reverse the call if he or she believes that it was saved by the goal keeper.
●Press is not allowed. There will be 3 press warnings until a penalty, which will result in a penalty kick on the goal. Press warnings reset every 3 warnings and every half.
●Press IS allowed if the offensive player goes behind the half-court line OR on an out of bounds inbound. Full court press is allowed during the last 2 minutes of each period.
●3 mile warnings from one player will result in a red card and an ejection.
●Teams will have 6 T/Os for the whole game. If the game goes into OT, teams will be given 2 T/Os.
●Subs may only be called on dead balls. Subs can't be called after a score.
●If a team wants to change a goal keeper, they MUST call a T/O or subs. It is crucial for the game to be stopped in order for the new goalie to be speeded and the old goalie to be unspeeded.
●After a score, the goal keeper must IB to either himself or to a teammate. If the ball goes out of bounds, it is not necessary for the goal keeper to IB; another player on the pitch may IB instead.
●You will have 5 seconds to IB. You will have 10 seconds to cross HC.
●There will be a 35 second shotclock.
●Arguing with a referee, constantly harassing another player(s), coming on to the pitch when not supposed to, or other things that would interfere with the game will result in a YELLOW CARD (warning). A yellow card will result in a FREE KICK from the half court line for the other team.
●You will get a RED CARD if you break the rules excessively. (Two yellow cards will result in a red card). A red card will result in a ejection. A red card will result in a PENALTY KICK for the other team.
●If the player with the ball goes out of the boundary lines, it will result in an out of bounds and the other team will be rewarded with the ball.
●If the ball bounces off the invisible wall, it is a rebound and is not out of bounds. Players are allowed to use the rebound to their advantage.
●Once the goal keeper has possession of the ball, the other team may not press the goal keeper.
●If the ball is inside the goalie's box, a player may not go inside the box to get the ball.
●Besides these rules, we pretty much follow basic PBL regulations. (And common sense)
