With Section 1 of the Election Regulations, I can make new regulations as need be for an election. So, I now forbid any candidate from having a 'joke' forum or a low effort (no effort to put in grammar, or only few sentences) forum. The following individuals are disqualified from the House Elections for violating this rule: buford1842, ninjaflakes, NicoloSkrt, LegendaryGlo.
