If I create a group while I'm BC, what happens to the same group when my BC expires?

Nothing changes. < living proof. Just that you can no longer create a group, claim ownership, or a bunch of other things. If you have more than 5 groups, you'll have to leave groups until you have less than 5 (probably could have worded that way better).
