I really need help! every time I join a game it whould make my game camera always free mode camera then lose connection from the game. IF YOU KNOW THIS PROBLEM PLEASE TELL ME!!!

1. Restart Your Pc. 2. Look on youtube 3. If it still doesn't call roblox

its not about my character in the website it is when I join a game I am in Free mode camera its been happening for 10 days :( ive done - Email - Msg - Posts - UTube - Calling - None of the above work :(

I swear ive been trying to fix this for such long time and I'm beginning to be mad, Roblox is basically my life ive been playing it for at least 6 years now. If this problem doesn't get fixed I may quit roblox for now :(
