Dear Docklands Police Department,
Good Morning to some of you, and Good Evening to others. I am currently on vacation for the week and I randomly popped up in DPD. I myself believed that things would change while I was gone on vacation but everything just plummeted to the ground.
You see, Half of you might just close this forum and just be like screw it I don't care, Half of you might just talk trash about myself and other HR's and officers behind there back. Well guess what stop being a jerk. Being in DPD is something you chose to do voluntarily and if you can't work in DPD due to "being inactive" everyday making excuses to others then just leave the group.
But, Once you leave the group you will make some fake like claiming your retiring, Join another group then come back to DPD either asking for a rank, or coming up with the lame excuse of a quote "I want to make DPD great again." Your hurting us, your ruining the department by not staying loyal to your comrades, to your department, to your badge, By not focusing on trying to move up and step up.
Now, I come on discord everyday listening to people making fun of our group, I defend the department, I make sure that others know that we are good. Ever since 15' DPD has went down. Our founder is rarely online to help, and we have chiefs and DC's taking up spots that others can have. Spots that wonderful officers can have to help develop the department even better but those spots are taken by some inactive people that just sit there buts all day just to get the fame, or just to be a jerk.
I make forums and I beg for the founder and others to help with this department, I work hard to make forums, and organize trello boards. You all may be saying right now "It's just a game." If it's just a game to you then don't bother staying if you won't take things seriously. People don't appreciate my work they would rather want DPD to go back to it's criminal ways and it's "fun" ways of not knowing how to do a training and abusing, and some just want it to shutdown.
I don't know if I should retire, Each time I retire I end up coming back to the same quote "We need you, Join back" when whenever I join and try to help, I end up coming back to the same stressful inactivity. No officer attempts to help out, We have 43k+ IN THIS DEPARTMENT AND ONLY 8-10 CAN JOIN A TRAINING? A lot of you that support the group, thanks and I'M SORRY if you have to keep hearing the SAME SPEECH everyday all the time because you have some COMRADES that think everything is a joke. Well it's not some being jerks, Get active or leave.
