The Weird stats at the top of the screen (Not InGame GUI's)

Hello, I have this weird thing at the top of the screen where it tells my how much memory i'm using, CPU Stats, ### stats, How much is "Sent", Etc Can you please tell me how to remove this, it is blocking some game GUI's that make is so I cant play the game. Anyone PLEASE tell me how to remove this so I can play my games again :(

Press the esc key or click on the three lines at the top left corner then go to settings and turn off performance stats
