Add a Captcha on sign-up so spam bots will die!

If you add a Captcha, I think spam bots will be eliminated. If you have a Captcha when a raid is going on, can't you put that on the sign-up page? How about you add a limit on how many accounts that can be created each day? (By Cookies or IP) Also, the New Captcha allows mouse movements to be detected, so if you move a mouse perfectly in a motion (Like directly straight down or a other perfect mouse movements), you will have to solve a puzzle. I hope you consider adding my ideas, these are only in the thinking mind of "How do you stop Spam Bots?"
