They probably did in around 2006-2010 when even a few hundred people leaving would reduce the amount of activity on roblox by about 2-3%. But now it doesn't matter, they as we all heard have increased the amount of active users they had since 2015 by nearly 1000%, unless about 500,000 or so leave roblox, they won't listen.
