Today I announce a war on cat, due to the high density and amount of tension in both sides. We want to war you guys since, yesterday you had allies defend and we want a fair fight. We would like you guys to accept these changes:
1) We would like to use just our fort.
2) End of recruitment for both sides stop at the 30/7/17
3) Both sides must inform each other when they raid.
4) A fair use of weapons, we would like to use smgs and swords.
5) Do not exploit. If we see an exploit we will not count it for any side. 6) No spawn killing.
7) We would like to use only FORT RISE
8) We do not want any allies in this war. If we find out any allies are helping the war
the other side wins.
9) First to 10 wins.
10) 7 people to defend for it to be official.
11) We will have both sides, defenders and raiders. Depending on who is raiding or defending we will switch you to the teams needed.
12) The only people using admin will be High ranks only.
13) War begins at 7/8/16
We wait for our reply. Glory to special ops and lets kill some cats.

this guy has some serious mental disabilities or issues
after FEAR, FCC and several other clans declined CAT's declarations this summer, we thought a war could be nice for once, but no
aside from these horrendous terms which we were still willing to negotiate, this kid who's most likely 10 and leader of Special Ops is incompetent
i can disclose discord logs of everything i'm about to say, but let me summarize
28th July/today, SO wasted CAT's time 4 times in a mere 24 hours
1) raided us at 9 AM Eastern and then refusing to deploy because a few allies joined our server
2) raided us at 10 AM eastern and then one of their own members exploited, i was nice enough to warn him not to as it was only audio, but he did it again and i shut the server down as the leader didn't care and claimed i didn't warn him
3) i raid this group at 5 PM eastern only to come to a completely dysfunctional fort; term broken, smgs duplicated and broken, leaderboard broken, people godded etc so i pull out
4) tell him to raid roswell, only for him to say "those updates at the fort were revenge for kicking my team" and from there i knew that this guy has some serious mental issues, five minutes later i'm blocked and left without a way to contact him
i'm declining this on behalf of everyone in CAT even though Josh and the others haven't seen this yet
this DOES mean CAT is open to war declaration for the next few weeks as soon it'll be too late to war |

"then one of their own members exploited" You claim one of our men to exploit yet I see no proof.
Another thing to bring up how long it takes for you to respond to a war. It takes you weeks and then weeks before saying we are pulling out, due to the fact we had issues with our fort.
"are you seriously going to take the childish route" I did not pull out from a war.
"we kicked you because you exploited" You then came to me claiming I exploited.

We did not fully understand the weapons. Nobody is perfect you know. As for the CAT fort.
You lag more then any other fort.
The swords team kill the members.
You then called half of my members: Exploiters.
You then called all the allies to help you.
To top it off you called me autistic.
Now, I am going to end it here. You can call my men any name under the sun or #### about how our fort wasn't working because I was updating it.t. But I did not pull away from a war that I knew we had a chance to win on a lego game. I also did not complain or call any ally to help. Another thing I want to bring up is how you 2 think its funny to say hes different or anything else, he is special. We are all role-playing. The same goes to war. We wanted to do it because it would of been a change. But the way you guys come picking on us all the time is not right, sure we have 2 sides to a story. But wouldn't the best move be to move on. Life is way too short to complain about each other. My grandpa always told me.. No matter what life is to short and he is right. So I want you guys to think for a second or so. This is a lego game and its not real life.
