A user stole my equal to $500 (real$) black iron bucket using what i think was a game security hole. Customer Service won't fix or even ban player that stole the item because I got previously was hacked and my account has already been restored. This is totally unfair because I followed all suggestions to be safe. I have 2 step on, change my pass every month, never give out my pass, don't use extensions, and never click on weird or suspicious links. I emailed roblox and sent them all of the proof they need to fix the situation but i still have no luck. Some of my friends have had the same problem as me. They have gotten a lot stolen from them. In one of their cases, their account was not even previously restored. She sent them everything they needed as well as i did. Roblox just would not help them for whatever reason. This is extremely disappointing and im pretty sure im gonna quit cause im tired of wasting my money on this game. For all you people out there with valuable items, dont expect roblox to help you if something goes wrong. This should be fixed if they care about their customers and i hope yall agree.
