Welp, the forums are going to merging into one huge mess. I guess I'll summarize my forum experience into multiple paragraphs.
When I joined ROBLOX at the age of 9, I was rather stupid kid. I really didn't know much about anything on ROBLOX, such as ClickDetectors, Studio, Events, or even this little forum we call home.
That all changed around early 2014, when I watched some forum simulators by epikrika8332. I found these absolutely hilarious, although I say that EverythingIsMacabre's simulators are better mostly due in part to his more original jokes and plot contained outside of the actual forum posts. I wanted to be included in one of these forum simulators, not knowing that Epikrika had stopped making them. I also went to the wrong subforum, Off Topic.
I didn't post much in Off Topic, it was mostly random XD humour which nobody finds funny anymore. I'm pretty sure I had no idea how the forums worked! So I quit the forums entirely. This was also around the time where I had a phase where I quit ROBLOX, but I browsed the website from time to time.
When late 2014 rolled around and I was still playing Minecraft, I remembered that ROBLOX had an annual Halloween event that I never missed. I decided to check it out, and it was a blast! All the good memories of when I was a kid were flowing back to me. At this point, I was a rather competent 13 year old, and I vowed to make my ROBLOX experience better than from when I was a pre-teen.
However, at some point after Giftsplosion 2015, I grew rather bored of the Games page. That's when I decided to come back to forum, this time going to All Things ROBLOX. The forum was different than most of the website, mostly everyone on there was actually competent to know every corner of the website!
Here at all things ROBLOX, I met a lot of good friends and have had tons of memories with them, both onsite and on other websites such as Discord.
I met many milestones with my forum posts, despite them not really being that important. When I was about to hit 10K forum posts, I decided to do it with a bang; Post in every subforum. I successfully did that and as of this post, have attained 16,639 forum posts.
However, during early 2017, my enjoyment and activity with the forums had decreased, and I mostly talked on a ROBLOX discord. I still posted, just not as often.
Everything took a turn for the worst on July 14th, 2017. It was announced that many subforums would be deleted and only a few new ones would rise, leaving there to be no off topic discussion at all. This has made me grown sour towards ROBLOX and their decision. RN&D simply will not be able to satiate my desire to have discussion. The forum will likely be even more susceptible to raiding, and this might get the forum shut down entirely.
I don't really know what to do at this point, do I keep going until I hit 20K posts, or do I just quit when the forum apocalypse occurs?
