Right click roblox Open file location content textures then get your desired logo, and name it 'Cursor' and then paste it into the folder

currently there is no way to change the cursors globally but aritional created something that allows you to change your cursor that includes the id's of decals https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=222733482
