Imagine a traffic cone, except it isn't flat at the very end. Instead, it's pointed outward. Like a party hat for example. How would I do this?

Well if you want it to look like a party hat, grab the mesh from the party hat and throw it in as the cone.

Then get a cone mesh and put a sphere mesh ontop

Now I'm confused. Ontop saying that the pointed bit is the top? Imagine it like this: You take a party hat. You fill it with water. You freeze it, then take it out of the freezer. You take the paper off the party hat, and you're left with a cone. Solid, and filled in.

I suggest using this plugin: https://www.roblox.com/library/232792970/CSG-Primitives It's easier than doing it manually and can make all sorts of other useful shapes. Plus, it makes a CSG part which means you can do with it what you wish.
