Changed Aye to Nay
The blame for the Photographic Leak should also be placed on the girl who sent it out, as this may have confused False into thinking it was alright to leak it.
You can't rob Bank of America on a team so I don't see how this was an attempted robbery. |

why would he leak it in the first place though?
"You can't rob Bank of America on a team so I don't see how this was an attempted robbery."
it's still attempted robbery you moron, it isn't robbery but it's attempted as he attempted to rob BOA.
i swear representatives get stupider each day

Nay, the person in-question of being leaked did the very same thing to myself literally the same day this occurred, this is hypocrisy, it was an honest mistake if anything. |
|
|
I change my vote from Aye to Nay, as of now because I feel that another chance shall be given. I hope False can learn from it.

I've made the proposal that rather than expelling Rep. FalseThought who has played a vital role in keeping quorum at House sessions, and has typically been an overall active member of the House, that instead of taking such extreme measures, that the House as a whole, censures Rep. FalseThought for his actions.
It would be similar to this, and I would initiate it. https://twitter.com/NUSASenate/status/886390722403762178
I hope each and every U.S. Representative strongly considers this and imagines themselves in Rep. FalseThought's shoes. Would you like just one more chance? There's a reason we can vote to censure people via Simple Resolution and this is one of those reasons, but I do not believe this warrants expulsion for someone who's done so much, with a term that will end quite soon. He is apologetic, and I would make the same proposition for any other member of the House if they were in his shoes. |

Last time I checked, you don't get revenge in a political position where it is frowned upon to do so and in this case, unethical & illegal. Secondly, this is a vote to expel a House member that was elected to fulfill his duties to the utmost ability with dignity and respect; however, he couldn't do so by being unethical and immoral. Lastly, I don't know how it's an "honest mistake" to copy, paste, and distribute something. That sounds like he planned it, did it, and had no remorse for it until he realized he could actually be in trouble for doing so. He's simply trying to cover his tracks in hopes of keeping his position, which he might because some people are blindsided.

Yes, she's partly at fault for sending her private information to someone, but as False is quite a bit older and she's a minor it's illegal to distribute it under child consent laws and is also against ROBLOX Terms of Service. Not only that, but NUSA has a policy against leaking personal information, even with the owner's consent because it's against the Roblox Terms of Service. If she wanted her information leaked and shown to everyone, she would have done it herself. So kindly, get out with that "may have confused False into thinking it was alright to leak it".

I guess immoral people think alike because you literally just said "unacceptable" but you're accepting it now I'm guessing. I would agree to give another chance if it wasn't completely unwarranted and malice. However, that's just my two cents.

Here's a reminder not to take what Antonio is saying to heart, he just feels strongly about this subject. We're debating about it right now but what I can say is that with the findings found on this expulsion, nothing Rep. FalseThought did was illegal in real life, and this wasn't done in a malicious manner, but was rather shared only with one individual who was friends with Rep. FalseThought who shared it with the rest of the community. |
