My all-time favorite band.
The revolutionized hard rock with their rythmic guitar licks and gnarling vocals. Angus's flaming guitar riffs and solos took rock and roll to a whole new level.
Bon Scott was the original AC/DC singer, but soon after releasing one of their most succesful albums, Highway To Hell, he died. He was soon replaced by Brian Johnson who helps them create the album "Back In Black" and all after it to this day.
A band like "guns N' Roses" or "Metallica" could play an AC/DC song note for note with all their skill, but it still wouldn't be the same.
When AC/DC plays it's almost magical. The balance between bass, guitar, voals, and drums is perfect. The riffs are perfect. The lyrics are perfect.
AC/DC is just one of those bands.
What are YOUR favorite AC/DC songs or albums?
I don't really have a favorite AC/DC song because I like practicalls every AC/DC song, bt my favorite AC/DC album would probally be Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", and my favorite from the Brian Johnson era of AC/DC would be Back In Black. |

"Back In Black" is also the best selling album ever released by any band.

Actually Micheal Jackson's Thriller is the best selling album of all time.

Micheal Jackson isn't a band now is he?
He's a solo artist.
Back in Black is the best selling album ever released by a BAND of all time.
Thriller is the only album to have sold more than it. |
