Here is all of the Flight Attendant rules. By being a Flight Attendant you agree to follow these rules at any time. If caught breaking the rules, you will get a warning depends on what rule you broke.
[1] Grammar
Grammar is always needed at work. I don't want to see you write like this; "u r very good". Or something similar. We use grammar to look more professional.
[2] Mood
Be always kind to the Passenger and Guest on-board or on the ground! You should look happy and be happy! Sta positive at any costs! (You do not need to be positive about negative things and all that.)
[3] Greeting and Serving
Always greet people when they come aboard! When you give out food, ask them like this: "Hello there! I am [Your name], and I'll be serving you today! What do you want to order?". You can always change the greeting but you need to have your name everytime.
[4] Working in the register
As a Flight Attendant you can choose to work in the register at any time. If no one wants to work in the register. Someone will be choosen randomly.
