It is the year 2024. During the years of 2009-2017, kidnapping reports started to flood-in from all states in the United States of America. Shortly after, the crisis was reported to the Media, and then the FBI conducted a Investigation. Little did the FBI know, that it was the American Government who were the kidnappers. According to our intelligence officers in the field, the United States Government was to kidnap various people from around the USA, and conscript them into the "Delta" Operation. The "Delta" Operation was to gentically-engineer a being and let it develop in a tube with special liquids. We don't know much, we're just a resistance group. But we are leading a charge at where we know the victims are being kept. A large base near the outskirts of Washington DC . We will bring them down. But we know this: each Victim was supposed to develop three powers.

Bio: I've been tested for many years now, I have become what they turned me into. Ice... I'm slowly turning into an iced human, I can change fully into an ice figured but my human figure is soon gonna become the ice figure. I don't remember most of my past at all because of everything that happened. Oh, and this scar around my right eye? Its from those stupid guards.

bio: an expert inventor, his gum grenade and overloader are of his own invention. The gum grenade explodes in a burst of copeous ammounts of an extremely sticky substance, which traps the targets in place, often pilling them to the walls. Wears off after a few minutes. The overloader pack can act as a defibrilator, and also temporarially disable electronics. Touchable range required.

I start to wake up as the doors of my tube open. As the water is drained out I fall flat on the ground and see people in white coats stering at me. All the water on my body started to boil. |

I look at all the scientists, I wish I could freeze them all but this lab room has some sort of power that won't let you use your powers in it.

I started to get up and the guards took me to my room. I quickly smashed one of them in the head and turned to the other and lifted him up with my power and biffed him across the hall nocking him clean out. I quickly did the same to the other guy. |

(RJ1995, This base/lab is probably heavily guarded inside & out. You wouldn't just walk up from outside & not run into any trouble.)
A few guards send me into my room.
"A bit cold eh?" I say to the guards.
They push me in my room & slam the door.
I make an ice shard & throw it at the door, it stabs through the door. |

I quickly start bolting down the hall. I heard a large percing sound wich made me trip with a big THUD. I quickly see guards coming my way. So I quickly bolt up to the sealing, and watch as they go past. I jump down and go to wear the percing nose happened. I saw a hole in the door. Pock put my eye to it and look in. It was cold. Way to cold. |
