Strong threats in our city that i'll fix if voted council. -Murdering, RK, MAFIA weapon downgrade (over powered weapons they get and they abuse it too much.) -Actual bank security will be in place. -Officers will need to apply for Sergent, Captain, and Commander. (Training are way to easy.) -A trello system to keep experience score on commanders before getting HR.)
