mine says it failed to get url i can only see clouds when the game loads but once i see the clouds the games wont load

OK, If Roblox is not working.
Go to 'start' or the windows logo on the left bottom part of your screen.
Now click > Control panel > internet & network > internet options. (Then find ''Browsing history'' and click ''Delete...'' > then click ''Delete all'' and refresh your roblox Page.
and hopefully it'll start working again. |

when i press the "play" button..it goes to "an error occured on roblox"
i click "Details" and it show Hresult efd-(somthing)...i cant play any games |

If it says "Waiting for server..." and doesn't find you a server quickly, cancel it and click "Play" as many times as possible. If it's anything else, restart your computer or refresh the page. |

Try uninstalling and installing roblox. If that doesn't work, turn off your computer, wait 5min. Then log on. |
