Based on the negotiations between both parties, we have determined the following terms for this war.
During the war, The Senate and The Armament will act as a single entity, while the Covenant will also act as a single entity.
🞕 Terms:
-The First entity to achieve a total of 10 raid wins will be the victor.
-An entity may only attack once a day, resulting in a raid win or a raid loss.
-With time zones being an issue, we will be raiding each other when both entities are free. If one entity cannot make it the other can ask later on in the day.
-Each group must be given ample warning of one hour prior to an intended raid.
-Groups may use allied forces on their team only if that team outnumbered at the time a raid begins.
-Only 6 allied members in total may be present to assist in a defense or an attack.
-Failure to mount a defense will not be punished. However, two or more failures to mount a defense in consecutive days can be considered a half win. (This is only if time zones don't become a common issue)
-The Covenant may use all of her allied groups as well as her affiliate groups from the United World Federation.
-Spade Armament/Daedalus Senate may use all of their allied groups.
-Rules for individual bases must be agreed upon and then followed.
-Failure to correct actions that could be considered cheating (determined by both groups admins) after 3 warnings will result in a half win against the infringing team.
-An attacking group retreating does not constitute a win - however, a defending group retreating may constitute a half win.
-The Covenant brings Outpost Basilisk as their only raidable facility.
- The Senate and Spade will use Outpost Necro as their only raidable facility.
-Base updates must be consented by both sides. If an unapproved base update happens it constitutes a surrender.
