The buying/selling/trading of groups is strictly prohibited on ROBLOX. There is no system in place to safely trade groups and is used mostly scam players out of their group or money. If you are caught selling or trading groups your account can be moderated up to or including termination, and the assets being sold could be removed from the site. Just don’t do it man. People should read what NobleDragon posted more often. It details that the groups and/or accounts can be terminated.

Honestly, if people really wished for this to happen, they'd mass report the owner and the group. This would likely result in the deletion of the group but hey it's whatever. People don't want to take the time to bother with things that don't affect them.
