Alright. Obviously, when I am trying to get a good voting average for fun, I cannot reach 90+. Why? It is because places NOT related to the Contest against the contest place tend to be the one with the better rating. I suggest that you make it that the Contest entry MUST be checked once every 2 hours. That way, if a place is not related to the Contest, it'll be removed, and will also remove the user from entering the contest until it is over.

I have read this thread and have found this aswell but youll find that places lowely rated are always shown last and eventually never shown, i found this out by exsperimenting with a place i had Lol, never showed up in Voting after 1 hour xD
