Section I - Purpose
(a) The Purpose of this act is to add a repair tools shop/app in Las Vegas which shall fix every kind of vehicle
Section II - Act Proposal
(a) The Repair tools shop will contain 4 Types of repair tools
Repair Hammer- Restores 25% Of the vehicle's stats (1 Use)
Repair Wremch- Restores 50% Of the vehicle's stats (1 Use)
Repair Kit - Restores 100% Of the vehicle's stats, (2 uses)
Helicopter repair kit - Restores 100% Of the helicopter's health (3 Uses)
