FROM THE IMPERATOR AND THE GENERALS TO THE MEMBERS OF PD:
To counter-act the misbehaving at recent events within PD, me and the current Generals have discussed a reasonable filtering system that all members who wish to join PD must pass through to enter the main group. We have also decided on a few members who will stay in the main group because they are already disciplined and active enough. Each member who needs to enter the academy will be exiled on Sunday, and will have to look in Prime Dominion's allies tab, and join the group named 'PD || Entrance Program'. Another reason we decided on this program was due to people randomly leaving in the middle of events, which causes a disruption to trainings. Some MR/LRs within the main group may become trainers for the academy to allow officers in the main group have more time with training PD soldiers, as that is more of a priority than Cadets.
WHAT DO I DO IF I'M NOT ACCEPTED INTO PD:
If you are not accepted into the main group, you will be exiled on Sunday, so you must come back to the main group, and look in the PD allies tab, and find the Academy, then send a request to it, and you will be accepted. Trainings will not be held daily for the academy, so be patient for trainings to be held.
WHAT WILL THE ACADEMY BE LIKE:
There will be a few stages within the entrance program to help decide the right members to join the group. Academy trainings will be strict, and the host will not hesitate to kick anyone who misbehaves. Trainings in the academy will not have a certain way of being held, they'll mostly consist of combat training, and sometimes fun events, to keep the group not entirely strict, but for the most part, Academy Cadets will learn discipline quickly. As we will accept anyone who joins, we will also not hesitate to exile Cadets who misbehave as well. Promotions are not always given at trainings, as a way to see who is truly loyal to PD, and is willing to put forth the effort and time to attend events of the Academy, this is enforced because the Academy mainly focuses on discipline, and as well as activity. Occasionally, trainings will be held with members of the main group as well, but will be VERY strict, as it will be held like a basic PD training.
WHAT IS CHANGING IN THE MAIN GROUP:
Ranking up will strictly change, and rank names/amount of ranks will most likely change as well. Ranking up will become a high honor of PD with this put into effect. Obviously, activity will drop, and possibly only 8-10 member trainings will be hosted, so we ask for your patience as Cadets need to pass through the academy before they can attend private PD trainings.
