The Ottomans spent half their imperial existence with a ruling religion being the minority religion in the empire. Highly unusual

"crusades XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD" europe withstood against 700 years of islamic conquest before the first crusade was ordered, which was a "pilgrimage" to begin with. once these pilgrimages were banned by islamic countries, then it became a military reconquest. "ww2 XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD cold war XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD" both of these are completely justified and had nothing to do with the islamic world, nor "tolerance", considering america came out on top both times and rebuilt europe into a democratic bastion "afghanistan XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD" stop harboring terror and all troops would leave its that simple. afghanis should be very welcoming of the border security we provide near the kyber pass and other checkpoints, considering its been a problem for afghanis for thousands of years

"The Ottomans spent half their imperial existence with a ruling religion being the minority religion in the empire. Highly unusual" not unusual at all considering they expanded their borders faster than their missionaries could convert people matter of fact, the most successful way of conversion that they could field was kidnapping christian children from their homes, and raising them to be sunni Janissaries

"the keys to jerusalem were handed to the muslims at the time of khalid ibn waleed" no you took them. by conquest, like i said. The Siege of Jerusalem was part of a military conflict which took place in the year 637 between the Byzantine Empire and the Rashidun Caliphate. It began when the Rashidun army, under the command of Abu Ubaidah, besieged Jerusalem in November 636. After six months, the Patriarch Sophronius agreed to surrender, on condition that he submit only to the Rashidun caliph. In April 637, Caliph Umar traveled to Jerusalem in person to receive the submission of the city. The Patriarch thus surrendered to him. "ww2 and the cold war are the causes of secularised state terror" this is probably the most profoundly idiotic statements i've come across in years. i'm still struggling to understand how this ties into the "tolerance" of islamic empires considering none existed at the time of either of these conflicts. "afghanistan was never your problem. its not your country to enter it." it became our problem once the afghan government became unwilling and unable to deal with units such as the 055 brigade forming a new security threat to the entire western world. it became our problem when afghanistan harbored someone that killed three thousand americans and allowed his free passage into pakistan, not once, but twice. "you dont provide any security by loading more guns into a nation in a civil war you idiot" no you provide security by arming, training, and supporting the side that doesn't wish to see every american citizen burned at the stake. and that's precisely what we're doing.

the only people reporting "the keys of jerusalem being handed to" someone are islamic vloggers go figure, the rest of the world sees it as it is - part of the rashidun conquest of the Palestinian coast.

These are in the Jewish religious archives. During the rashidun dynasty, there was religious freedom and high standards of living, as opposed to much of europe, which was still dealing with the basic issues of starvation and barbarity. You need to learn your history, and look up the treaty of Umar or Umars assurance.
