It's come to my attention that many Mac users are having an error in which the ROBLOX icon simply spins on a gray screen (sometimes with the thumbnail loaded) forever upon joining a game. I would like to get a gauge for who else is having this issue so I can fathom how long a fix will take for ROBLOX to get around too.

Huh? I'm a Mac user and I'm not having any connectivity issues.
The bigger a game is, the longer it'll take to load (obviously). |

@CastedBounds, Thing is my internet speed is like pretty good. (23 ms ping, and 25 mbps download), and it just started all of a sudden. Typically I joined games instantly but now even if I wait LITERAL hours ###### for a very long time) it still wont load. |

This just doesn't seem like a ROBLOX problem to me for some reason.
Have you tried completely reinstalling ROBLOX? |

Like 12 times. I have a 13 email long feed going on with roblox customer support right now, I don't really think you can offer anything that hasn't been said already tbh. What IOS are you using? |

I'm using Sierra and everything runs fine, it's probably a connectivity issue on your end. I'm having no issues regarding connectivity, however, I have had my fair share of problems in the past.
Perhaps wait a couple days/weeks—hopefully, you are triumphant then. |

I agree with the person above this post. I'm also using ##### ###### 10.12.6 and my ROBLOX hasn't had any connectivity issues. |

If you are on the BIG HUGE SCREEN MAC then i know what you mean because i was using my sister BIG HUGE SCREEN MAC and the mouse was meant to be white and it wasn't it was glitched and making a glitching pic |
