Just think of IA's base as AcR's base but as opposed to their chokepoint being on the left side of the map, it's right in front of terminal and only their team can get there.
In essence, the base is very hard to win at.

The terms stated selective recruitment for IA's side and closed recruitment for IAP, Azure went ahead and accepted over 40 people who obviously only joined to fight SURGE.
More information will be released later today including evidence of lag switching, etc.

SURGE has broken war terms & they called the war a "TIE" despite IA leading 1 - 0

Think of this. IA's base 10 v 14 that clans have raided and even a star wars clan won at.
And the 10 v 16 war base which had a literally catwalk with lots of cover for the raider's "obby". Ultimately making it MUCH easier to get into the base for raiders.
And SURGE still failed.

There is a difference between both: who was defending the base and how many updates were made to the base since these easy clans won at the base.
Pre-SCOMP war base and current are way different, you couldn't break out of your spawn if we defended.

Honestly though, there's no point in the war ending so early. Please consider a FCW or even varcia war instead of just backing out completely. |

Okay, I think I've got the gist of things.
SURGE closed recruitment for IAP and IA and IA accepted loads in and hasn't really said anything so far to deny it (so I'm just gonna go with what latedownload said).
But to be fair on another point with laedere, SURGE shouldn't really be ones to talk about the equality between forts considering the last time they had a fair one was in 2016.

As much as I hate SURGE, Marshal, and everything they do, I can confirm that they had the same action against us when we claimed their fort was unfair & refused to let us defend Fall Arboretum.

Late forgot to mentioned that IAP accepted people during the war w/o IA's approval.
In the war terms, they must consult us before they accepted them.

We understand our base is unfair, that's why we approached IA with a BATTLEGROUND war and yet they INSISTED to do bases.
SURGE is more than willing to do a FCW or Varcia but Azure and his high command want it their way or the highway.

We didn't get that during our war, they defended with elites constantly claiming they'd 'be sure to let everyone take place' and it was tough to negotiate it to see how it'd play with regulars that they claimed when it was all IG defending. Still won 6x tho.

Okay so basically both clans are victims of violating the rules of their own war terms which is pretty funny.
To be honest with a bit of negotiating (and the exile of all the people who were just accepted into IAP and IA provided you get the name of the people who were accepted and categorise what date they joined and exile everyone from that date or beyond) you could very easily get this war on track.

Even after all of this, we told IA that we WERE declaring this war as a tie and not to try anything against it. They'll still drag this on though, that's just how they roll.

Surge called off the war as a tie whilst IA is leading 1 - 0.
