yes you can animate roblox movements to make trailers, you have to take many screenshots of the parts in different postions i bump posts from Whenever-2017

Thanks, but i'm pretty sure that's doing stop motion. "Taking little shots of movements" in my opinion is stop motion.

Everything ever done with animation is technically "stop motion"

Stop motion is the parent of animation. You can not animate with out it. Even when you think your cheating the system by using programs such as blender or c4D, your still using stop motion. They are just programmed to make it easier on you. If you ungroup the key frame, it will show all the parts between. Same with when you render. It renders each frame which can take days to fully complete. That one dank dude ecks dee

Everything on social media is Stop Motion, when they say 60 fps it means 60 frames per second.. basically meaning 60 photos are takes every second

you don't make every position though, you use keyframes and it calculates the positions between. pretty much the most common form of animation and likely used in the cars 3 trailer lol.

You could use a script to change the positions of characters and stuff. And make it so their position is changing by 0.1 and have a 0.2 second wait() between position changing to make it look really smooth.

^ 5 frames per second is not "smooth"

Bind to renderstep to have it render a frame each time ROBLOX draws the world (approx 1/60 a second) http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/RunService/BindToRenderStep
