WHEREAS, Gangs and Rouges aren't taken to court for attempted murder and still have the ability to do more harm towards American citizens.
WHEREAS, Department or agency employees are pertaining to criminals, gangs, and corrupted persons.
WHEREAS, Dangerous Criminals are found not guilty and continue to do more crime in their possessions.
WHEREAS, Threats are not taken serious and is done with aid of outsiders.
WHEREAS, Crime is sympathized by those without a job and or not holding a public office.
WHEREAS, The same car bombers explode their vehicles into the American people everyday.
WHEREAS, United States government has not taken precaution of rouges nor corrupt employees uniting in Las Vegas.
WHEREAS, Persons under Arrest on Sight is still in a department or agency.
AN ACT
To allow Judges to immediately place gangs and or rouges under Arrest and Sight and immediately remove Arrest on Sight individuals from a department and or agency.
To be enact by the 55th Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America.
Section I. Short Title
(a) This Act shall be known as the Arrest on Sight Ability Act of 2017.
(b) Gangs and rouges shall be deemed AOS under the Courts unless the gang does severe damage and 1/4 of lv knows.
(c) Non- guilty criminals and or rouges must remain Arrest on Sight until appealed or sentence has concluded.
(d) Persons under Arrest on sight in a department or agency must be exiled immediately by the Department Secretary or Agency Director unless that employee was falsely AOS'ed and is being backed up by witnesses.
(e) Arrest on Sight individual will serve maximum 2-3 months of warrant if constantly murdering nonstop and logging.
Section II. Definitions
Gang - an organized group of criminals
Arrest on Sight - a warrant issued by a judge giving the law enforcement authority to arrest a individual on sight.
Crime - an act that constituents commits as an federal offense to the community and is prosecuted by State.
Rouge - Someone corrupted by his or her power, and uses it for evil instead of its intended purpose.
Section III. Conflicting/Provisioning Legislation
(a) Any conflicting legislation shall be deemed null and void.
Section IIII. Effective
(a) This Act will immediately go into effect once passed by the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, with the following of the signature of approval by the President of the United States.
