I can't join roblox games

I am not able to join roblox games that are high quality..I can only join the crappy ones...I have ## pings for wifi. Is it really that bad? Someone please help me with this problem. I can't even join Alone (beta) and Phantom forces and Counter blox and stuff

Hello. I believe that's a problem with your internet connection in which case I would be unable to help you. Try reinstalling ROBLOX, and perhaps it can get fixed.

I think my wifi is just extremely bad, I uninstalled and installed roblox and it still does that..
