main difference is in how you process ideas
intp tends to think/ponder a long time -> share ideas (think before you speak x 1000)
entp tends to share ideas -> think on them (thinking out loud really)

if you're that young the test isn't really as reliable. typically it becomes more accurate when you're around 14 but i can't say for sure.
