When the chat tries to load it don't work

Well,I press chat and it loads quickly but at the time it loads it's still blank and I think it might be a bug. Please help if you know the issue! Thank you in advance. Jamie

oh yeah, i get that glitch sometimes too are you on the app? if you are, just reinstall it and the chat should work fine if not then try logging out of the site and logging back in
