3D UI Editor Plugin?

Has anyone made a 3D UI Editor plugin yet? If not, I guess I could try to make one myself (although, I've never even attempted to make a proper plugin before). I just want to check before I even bother. If you have no idea what I mean by '3D UI', here's an example: www.roblox.com/library/1001051334/3D-UI-Example ~MightyDantheman~

Isn't your example just putting surface guis on transparent parts?

@pullman45 Yes. I then wrote a script to 'attach' those parts to the player's camera. ~MightyDantheman~

That in of itself is quite simple. But it starts to become a bit of a pain when you want to rotate parts a certain way. With a plugin, not only would that be quite a bit easier, but anyone would be able to do it without any coding knowledge whatsoever. ~MightyDantheman~
