I have provided roblox with my email address, ################## ######## ################## #################### etc etc. Linked to my previous billing history, yet they want me to email them from *****@*****.com instead of .net. Time is running out to restore my items, and roblox is hopeless to help me. I have given them all the proof that they need to restore my items! What can I do, or should I just give up? I have emailed them over 7 times the past few days!! They asked me for some billing information, I gave them it. Now they want me to email from another domain!! How do I prove this account is mine so I can just get my darn items back! |
