Character will not load?? free cam??

Hi everyone, since the new update on roblox, when i join games my character does not load in, but i can like free cam around the map somehow?? but i don't know why its doing that, then 1 min later it loses connection?? i'm so confused why this is happening how do i stop it please help!

This happens to me as well, but I just keep on resetting if I can. If this is not possible, then I just rejoin the game.

It happens in every single game, i even tried my alt account and it does the same thing, it just free cams then shuts down the server 1 min later! i also tried restarting game/computer, reinstalling roblox and nothing seems to work?? please help!

It's still connecting. I've had this issues when my internet slowed down quite a bit.

my internet is one of the fastest connections in England. I'm on business fibre. This has nothing todo with my internet connection I assure you.
