A Bill to Repeal and Replace the Act of Failing to Role play BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: Section 1: This legislation shall explain the act of failing to role play in Firestone. Citizens of Firestone shall be given the proper justifications if the individual in question chooses to fail to role play in Firestone. This legislation shall mainly focus on the side of law enforcement personnel dealing with subjects who fail to role play. Section 1A: Failing to role play shall be recognized as: The act of performing actions that are purely unrealistic and do not fit into the idea of “roleplaying”, as defined later within this legislation. Section 2: In the act of failing to role play, law enforcement personnel shall be obligated to strictly enforce the following: Section 2A: Resetting to avoid arrest. (Considered as a bannable offense depending on the amount of times he/she has done it). Section 2B: Logging to avoid arrest. (Considered as a bannable offense depending on the amount of times he/she has done it). Section 2C: Driving/walking off the edge of the map while a law enforcement officer is attempting to detain an individual. Section 2D: Flipping a vehicle when stuck, or boxed in by law enforcement personnel. (This shall apply only in pursuits). Section 2E: Glitching characters and/or vehicles. Glitching shall be defined as; the act of intentionally misusing a movement and/or object . Section 3: The Department of Corrections shall be obligated to cuff rush only when necessary if they're out of their jurisdiction. (Meaning if they're out of the prison area, then they shall only cuff rush when necessary). Section 3A: Law enforcement personnel shall be obligated to cuff rush a subject if he or she has conducting the actions as stated in sections 2A-2D. “Cuff rush” being to immediately arrest an individual, ignoring regular roleplay procedures. Section 4: The Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections, and the Department of Homeland Security shall be required to enforce this legislation. Section 6: "A Bill to Define the Act of Failing to Role play" is hereby declared null and void. Section 7: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
