Studio won't open places.

"No local Fast Flags were loaded. ClientAppSettings.json may be incorrectly formatted or corrupted." This is the message displayed when studio is initially opened. After this, studio works just fine but won't open any places. I assume that these problems are connected, but I don't know how to fix either.

Update: it's logged me out of studio and the only button that works is "switch to classic view", although it doesn't display any templates in the non-classic view regardless.
