Terrain tool not working

Whenever I try using the terrain tool to place down a different texture such as grass nothing appears, none of the tools are working and I have no idea why. xd I am using windows 10 if that could be a problem i have no idea. does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Try reinstalling ROBLOX Studio. No matter the player, I almost always have an answer. On every request. Since 2015.
