Blessed Air staff Positions ___________________________________ Board of managers : To look after and help with their specialised department/division. Can only host trainings or their own division and not others. This role can also be taken away from someone if they fail to complete this role’s tasks. Deputy Managers : This is to inform and help the manager of the division, advising decisions and providing information and evidence for cases where things go wrong. Deputy managers are to also help and support their division’s staff. Cabin Crew : This division’s roles are to be set by their manager every flight that include participating in the in-flight service and serving in the lounge, which one of them you do is up to the Manager/DPM. They are not to participate in any other job position at a flight. Airport Staff: Their roles are to serve as a check-in agent providing guests with a welcome and a ticke Also naming guests in this format [name] - [class] - Blessed Air | No other way is accepted. They are also allowed to be gate agents providing soft drinks to economy (no ####### for them) and laptops with teddies to guests who need them.m. They are not allowed to be Cabin Crew on the flight. Ground Crew: To provide the plane with crew accessibility and passenger steps. This is to lay out cones from the terminal guiding guests to the correct bay where the plane is. In any other airport apart from Southside they must transport passengers with a vehicle (bus). They must also be able to pushback the plane perfectly causing no passengers to question the skill involved or criticise the airline. Even though this is a ground job and passenger interaction isn't always needed. GC must use grammar at all times. Pilots: Pilots is a pretty self-explanatory division ranking from First officer to Senior Captain. Pilots are ONLY to fly the plane and not to assist with check-in or anything else unless told to by a CEO+. In the event of a pilot making a mistake, they must be held fully responsible for the damage and embarrassment caused to the airline. However we do not expect this as we hope our pilots are good enough and have listented to training.
