City of Arborfield Ordinance #10 - Secession
SECTION 1: The municipal government of the City of Arborfield hereby no longer recognizes itself as being apart of the County of Stap#########er the State of Firestone.
SECTION 2: The municipal government of the City of Arborfield shall hereby no longer follow the laws, rules, and regulations as established by the County of Stap##########SECTION 3: The municipal government of the City of Arborfield shall operate its actions independently, and will continue to allow the state and county agencies that are within the cities grounds to continue to operate without disturbance.
SECTION 3A: Any state or county law or rule & regulation mandating the independent municipal government of the City of Arborfield to accommodate said agencies shall be ignored.
SECTION 4: This secession shall be recognized as being official by the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of the independent municipal government of the City of Arborfield.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall into effect immediately.
SECTION 6: Any ordinance in violation with this ordinance shall be deemed null and void by the Mayor of Arborfield.
