I | Introduction
The Draconian Scourge has a strict regime of laws that are expected to be followed down to the last detail, as you are expected to set a standard for the rest of the war-group community. Your actions will reflect on your position within the Scourge, and each choice will have an equal and just consequence.

II | Laws
Law One: You will be loyal to the Overlord and to the Scourge, actively attending events and upholding the Code of Law.
Law Two: You will be respectful to your fellow Draconians. Any disputes will be resolved either through compromise or punishment, the result depending upon the choice of those involved in the conflict.
Law Three: You will present yourself in the image of the Overlord, abiding by the Uniform Codes and maintaining a professional attitude through grammar, maturity, discipline, and respect.
Law Four: You will not commit treason through acts of espionage, aggression against the Scourge, or through the conspiring to do any acts that may harm Xithen and her people.
Law Five: You will address your superiors accordingly, and address your peers with respect. You are to refer to your peers by either their name, or by "Comrade". You are to refer to your officers that operate under the council by "Sir" or "Ma'am". You are to refer to your officers that take part in the council by "Lord" or "Magistra". You are to refer to the Draconic Empress as "Empress", and you are to refer to the Draconic Overlord as "Overlord".
Law Six: You will not speak blasphemy to anyone in the Scourge. Untruths will be met with harsh action.

III | Justice Policy
If you are found guilty of breaking any of the laws or regulations stated in these codes of law, then you will be subject to the Draconian justice system. The system is extremely simple, and will ensure that all actions will be met with an equal punishment. The system is briefly explained here:
When you are first accused, a witness of such acts will capture evidence, and present it to an Officer (If it is an officer committing the act, you will present the evidence and accusations to one who holds a higher position than the one in question).
The Officer will take the evidence and accusations, and will present it to the rest of the Officer Core and High Council, where it will be discussed.
If you are found guilty, you will be subject to punishment. Depending on the severity, the punishment will vary with each case presented to the Officer Core and Council.
Punishments:
-Warning - A reminder that you've broken the law, and are not to do it again.
-Suspension - To be excluded from all events and activities for a set period of time.
-Demotion - To have your rank repealed to a lower position in the Chain of Command.
-Rank Lock - To be restricted from all promotions for a set period of time.
-Exile - To have all of your progress wiped within the Scourge, and to be removed.
-Blacklist - To be removed permanently and indefinitely.
If you have been punished without the system above being used, you are to report the action to a member of the High Council, or to the Empress or Overlord.

IV | Uniform Code
While in the Scourge, you are expected to uphold all uniform regulations so that you are displayed as professional and intimidating. While in uniform, regardless if you are at an official event or place or not, you are to follow all uniform codes listed here:
Code One: You must wear the appropriate and complete uniform that applies to your rank within the Scourge.
Code Two: Your skin color must be Really Black, as it is the scorched color of Draconian skin.
Code Three: Excessively large hats such as wings or portraits are not to be used.
Code Four: Hats that are vibrantly colored that do not match the scheme of the Scourge are not to be used.
Code Five: Hats that are overly silly are not to be used.
Code Six: T-Shirts are acceptable, but must be professional and musnt cover large portions of the uniform.
If you are confused or have questions about any hats or T-Shirts, ask an Officer. They will determine if it is acceptable or not.
